Shelley Jain is a 4th year medical student in New York City. She graduated from Macaulay Honors College at CUNY Brooklyn College with a double major in Broadcast Journalism (B.S) and Biology (B.S) and a minor in Chemistry. Shelley has traveled to over 15 countries as a student, volunteer, documentarian, and debater. Combining her interest in journalism and medicine, Shelley is passionate about health literacy and communication. She has experience filming, editing, and directing news packages, single-camera documentaries, and multi-camera promotional videos. Shelley likes to cover stories that have everyday impact on people's health.
